You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify:

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

You will receive a return shipping label by email (or inside your original package, if provided). Please attach it securely and send the item back.
⚠️ Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges by first completing a return. Once the original item is received and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Customer Responsibility
If the return is due to ordering the wrong size, style, or color, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. To avoid this, please double-check your order details before checkout.
